Perishables is a series of 20 photolithographs, 10 of which are shown here. The plate was allowed to slowly fill in with ink during the printing process. A technique that takes advantage of usually unwanted scumming ink.

The series was printed at Lake Effect Editions at Syracuse University with the assistance of Dusty Herbig, Juan Juarez, Taro Takizawa, and Brent Erickson.
